more on the hyperloop....like i havent heard enough about it already..lol. I can do it from right to left...can one also do it left to right while spinning forward or does this have to be done while spinning backwards?

You can do hyperloops from a weave on either side while spinning forward or backwards. Same is true for corkscrews and windmills.
