some people have surely discovered this but here goes anyway. start by doing a backward swing, and when the poi are at the bottom, turn around 180º really fast. by then the poi should be about eye level, and still going upward slowly. then you just bring your hands forward amd down and spin them forward. i don't know how good this looks, but it works really easily.PLUR- Jon I.
