Обучение Elbow shoots - Basic elbow shoot

Yup, it is a teeny bit difficult to see where the rope is...but this is the first I've heard of 'rope darting' so guess I can't speak - think i'll look into it, am intrigued...

I cannot see most of what this guy in the park is doing?? Is there any other videos where you can actually see what they are doing? Thanks.
