"Recently purchased a pair of LED fans and one of the included chargers was incorrect, sent an email with a photo of the incorrect charger to HoP and within 24 hours they had the correct replacement charger shipped out to me, didn t even ask me to return the incorrect charger! Always buy at least two!!
"I bought one of the LED hoops for my gf last year and as often happens with chargers, hers seems to have vanished during the course of moving house. In the interim her glorious hoop's charge ran down with lots of loving use. What's a spinner to do? Why order a replacement of course!! My general rule for chargers is buy at least two, that way you have one at home, and one to throw into your backpack/purse/messenger bag. As for the chargers performance, no complaints. It charges our hoop fast, standard red light means charging, green light means good to go. :)"
