"Hi everyone! I bought these practice Poi heads to go along with my purple colecords and they are wonderful.. I feel more confident in my practice and that is very important as I'm a beginner. The weight is good not too heavy so you can really slow things down abit and see what is going on. I recommend everyone to have one becoz when you're playing in front of your mates they'd try it too and they'd be crashing the two poi heads together all the time but since its nice and fluffy they won't hurt as much. I will practice on these till I'm confident with my moves and get another set of Poi - most likely flowtoys. Circle of Lights!"

"i bought these (in yellow) and spun them with the twisted oval chain. not bad. i hit myself (at full speed a few times) and still managed not to touch the ground. lol. i've hit myself everywhere with them expecially when learning the 3 beat weave. if they were any harder i would have quit learning poi and gone to staff right then and there. it has to happen to you for you to understand what i'm saying. i'm just sad that the fluffy fur likes to fall out rather fast. my balls aren't as fluffy anymore but i still spin with them in the daylight."

Now instead of practicing I can actually play with my poi... one misplaced blow no longer ends a spin session. The first night I got these I ended up with blisters from playing so much. Also the orange glows brilliantly under black light and looks almost like fire!"

The softer ouch
"As a beginner with poi I expected to have the ball ends bounce of me somewhere while learning to twirl. I'm glad I am learning with the Fluffy Poi heads. Aside from the light taps on my arms and sides I was trying to learn the over/around the head spin when Ouch bounced them off my face. I was greatfull that these heads were suggested for beginners. Being fuzzy makes them cool looking being soft makes them less ouch. lol. I will only use HOP for future poi and staff twirling purchases."
