Snake poi
"First let me say that I'm the owner and performer of a fire entertainment company. Flamethrower ent llc based in the US. We have trusted home of poi products since the start of the company and still continue to purchase their products. The snake poi are perfectly crafted. The length is spot on for what we needed them for. These are sticks so if your looking for a more flexible set of heads then I would suggest you ask homeofpoi if they can make you rope snake heads as some prefer that bendable feel versus the ridged stiffness of the sticks. "Not had a problem with any items ordered and purchased. They are what they say they are and the quality has never been bad or poor. Any issues I have had I contacted the teams and it was sorted quickly, professionally and efficiently. You can't please everyone all the time but so far I have no complaints"

Not ease to changes
"We requested refund of our flags since the product does not match our expectations for this price. We wanted to send it back and buy 3x Sirius PX3 Smooth Handle Juggling Club. Then we got your answer via mail, informing us having to send back the flags to Hong Kong. This cost and refund policies make it unfeasable so we have to keep the flags and stop buying anymore on Home of Poi. We feel so sorry about this. Over the years have recommended your shop but we never had to face a refund. Not that we have this situation, we sadly can't continue recommending HoP."

Reply from Home of Poi: "As per our refund policy, customers dissatisfied with their purchase for any reason may return the goods to us. Goods must be returned to receive a refund. In case of a faulty product, customers need not send it back to us; we'll promptly provide a replacement or refund."
