Ring spins can give a dynamic change of pace in your routine or simply add a bit of flash. Learning this trick is pretty easy, and with practice it can be incredibly versatile.

Tips/Hints
When you're first learning and practicing, go easy on your fingers (especially if you've fairly bony fingers like me). With time the rings won't grate so much when you spin them, but when you're starting it can be brutal, so be nice.
