Delivery

Please read the following, log in to your account, and view your order information.

Important Information:

We are not a delivery company. We use courier networks to deliver your parcels and pass on shipping expenses at cost. Delays and missed scans can occur, as we are at the mercy of these transport companies.

We do not guarantee delivery times. We provide the best estimates given by the delivery companies, but all delivery times are subject to potential delays beyond our control.

Any available tracking information will be shown on your order page when you log into your account. You will also receive tracking updates via email.

You can view the tracking information and contact the delivery company for further details to trace your parcel. The expected delivery date will be shown for your order.

Simply add the items you want to your shopping cart/basket.

The basket/cart page will automatically calculate delivery costs as you select the items you want. This cost will vary according to the parcel's weight, volumetric weight, and where the items are being sent.

View the basket/cart link at the top right-hand corner to see the shipping costs.

We deliver to most countries. However, we reserve the right not to supply goods on a case-by-case basis. Some countries require additional security checks before goods can be considered for shipping. In some countries, courier networks or services are a nightmare to deal with.

If we do not deliver to your country, maybe you can have items delivered to a friend in another country that can, on receipt, forward on to your country.

In regards to the staff and other items in your order, they have to be sent separately due to international freight rules and regulations.
It means that when we send your staff we are obliged to send it by Courier with tracking due to the length. Courier with tracking will take around one week to be delivered. The remaining items in your order we have to send separately by standard airmail.
Standard airmail takes about two weeks for the items to be delivered. Once you have received your staff you will then receive the rest of the order within 1 weeks time or thereabouts from when the staff was received.
These shipping rules and regulations apply only to items that we send that are over 1 meter long, hence the reason that your order had to be separated into two parcels. Any other orders you wish to place with us in the future will be sent as one order, unless it contains a staff over 1 meter long.

If you selected the advanced option of a courier tracking service you should login to your account and view the tracking information, further details and information is provided to contact the delivery company to trace your parcel.
Expected delivery date will be shown for your order.
If you used the default shipping service we can not track your parcel. We do however carry insurance for non delivery. A contact us date is displayed on your order page. This date is when we are allowed to consider that parcel as lost for insurance purposes. Contact us then so we can arrange insurance and re-delivery. Enquire about insurance claim and re-ship
Can you please check and confirm with me that the delivery address is totally correct, if it is not correct please let us know so we can then help further.

Please read all of the following.For Goods that have not been shipped...Please login and check your order online. If it has not been shipped yet then you can edit the address it is being shipped to, however you can not change the delivery country. Click the edit address button next to your delivery address.If the delivery country is incorrect, then login and view your order, then click one of the cancel order buttons.If your goods have already been shipped...If the postal service are unable to deliver an order for whatever reason they will send the order back to us as undeliverable. When they send the order back as undeliverable it can take 4-6 weeks to arrive back here.If you ordered using express courier please contact the courier company listed on your tracking page. Login into your account and view your order to see your tracking information.Once the goods are returned we can then refund you for the cost of the goods (Not including shipping or delivery charges).If the address is totally incorrect and the parcel is not going to arrive you could place a new order via the website and we would process that as per normal. Then when the parcel with the incorrect address is returned back to us as undeliverable we will refund for the cost of the goods, and email you as explained above.

Delivery methods can change from place to place throughout America on a regular basis as most companies contract out and bid for the delivery rights to certain areas so they are can change regularly.
USPS will deliver in most areas the EMS (Economy Courier) and Air Parcels.DHL will deliver the Express Courier parcels.
If for whatever reason your order unfortunately gets returned to us as undeliverable we will contact you straight away to arrange a more appropriate delivery method.

We have a DHL courier express service available to select, however it will still take 3-4 working days to get to you. We do not have a faster service, unless you pick up direct from our warehouse in New Zealand.
Upgrade my shipping method
If you want to upgrade an order you have already made, but has not been shipped as yet. Please login in too your account, select your order and cancel the order. Goods will then be put back into your cart. Please order again and this time select the faster shipping method from the drop down box.
TIP: Viewing your order information page it will advise you how much more it will cost to upgrade to the express courier.

Estimated delivery times:
Economy orders: Shipped via Hong Kong Post and forwarded to your local postal service for final delivery.
Express orders: Shipped via DHL for quick and efficient delivery.

Goods arrived LateRefunds can only be considered if you had selected the Express Courier option using DHL or the EMS Economy Courier.For DHL it has to be over 1 week late when being delivered to a main city and longer if address was a hard to get to area.DHL and EMS states that delays can occur from time to time, so being a few days late will not mean a refund is automatically available. Express Courier and Economy Courier
We allocate the courier tracking code once the sale is checked. It can still take 24 hours for the Courier to pick up the parcel. Depending on the tracking scanner the infomation might not get added to the database as "picked up" until the driver does his upload.
On rare occasions a driver can miss scanning a parcel. But they try not to do that because they do not get paid without scanning it.
Royal Mail tracking
Goods are first shipped in bulk to the UK by Air, then customs and straight to the Royal Mail sorting area. This can take a few days and no scans are taken until sorting at Royal Mail begins.
So do not worry if the scan does not turn up. Quite often the parcel will turn up on the door before you get a scan result.
This message, "We have been notified that your item is being shipped by the retailer; the next scan will appear when we receive this item.", this means it is still being shipped to the UK.

We've experienced significant losses due to fraudulent transactions from users of stolen cards who prefer expedited shipping. Despite this, we're maintaining faith in our valued customers by continuing to offer express shipping for their convenience, especially for occasions like gift events and gigs.

Please note that our delivery estimates are for working days and exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

We utilize DHL Express for our express shipping services, and the following are the estimated delivery times:
USA: 3 to 5 days for major cities; remote areas may experience delays.
Canada: 3 to 5 days for major cities; remote areas may experience delays.
Australia: 3 to 5 days for major cities; remote areas may experience delays.
New Zealand: 3 to 5 days for major cities; remote areas may experience delays.
UK and EU: 2 to 3 days for major cities; remote areas may experience delays.
Taiwan and Philippines: 1 to 3 days for major cities; remote areas may experience delays.

For accurate delivery possibilities on your preferred date, we recommend reaching out to us via phone, messaging, Instagram, or Facebook.

Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable, even if your package arrives late. We do not have a free return policy, but you may return unused items if they arrive late and are no longer needed. Only the price of the products will be refunded.
