For developing plane control, my favourite drill is to change the plane..... ie, from your side plane doing fwd spins, slowly change your plane inward until it becomes a butterfly, and ...

I like to face a large wall (preferably with out windows OR pictures) and seeing how close I can get to it while practicing wall plane skills like butterflies, as you get closer you wil...

Cone poi for day poi
"OK you've got your glow poi and fire poi for the evenings but really what stands out during the day? How about hyper orange cone poi??? or as I like to refer to them Faux Fire Cone Poi. Uber light solid swivel plush leather loops a very sweet addition to my collection. Gonna have fun with these while Nick Woolsey leads me through one of his advanced workshops. I am going to make them a tad heavier for personal preference but a great set!! No more knuckle banging with chains!!! LOL@ME!!!"
