Did my first 7bt fwd weave. No arm-wraps, but with my elbows threaded over one another. Seperation looks good, but the shoulders feels torn out of their sockets this morning!!

Got my first success with te fwd 3bt btb weave last night. Everything just fell into place, and I managed the 360 turn while weaving btb. Also did my first body wrap from a rvs 3bt btb ...

Finally nailed the reverse TTN this morning. So now its on to those 3bt butterweaves!
