Ok product-best customer support
"I absolutely loved this epoi set and I found it very easy to program with its wide range of options and colors. Their weight is great and I love the the knots are reflective in the darkness! Unfortunately I had some technical issues with the lightbulbs not long after buying them. The technical support was fantastic, responding quick and effectively to my needs as a customer. I wouldn't buy this product again, rather try a different model or brand but I absolutely trust the team of homeofpoi and I'm happy to get my next poi set from them! Thank you!"
