Hi,
The dublin Circus festival is on and everybody who wants to learn any circus art or just see some amazing performances is welcome to come along.
Price 20 euro student 25 adult for weekend pass
It is organized by DIT, Ncad, IADT, TCD, Emerald circus, Dublin circus project.
Friday 22nd March
juggling for charity in Temple Bar Square 12 - 2pm
Larkin hall will be open from 5 - 9pm, for practice space and workshops
The free Fire show will be held in the Courtyard of Trinity College from 9 - 11pm by Trinity College Dublin and the Trinity Circus Arts Society
Lafayette’s club after the Fire show
Saturday 23rd March
Larkin Hall will be open from 10am - 8pm for practise space and circus workshops
Aerial workshops from 12pm in D’light Studios with the Paper Dolls for €20 covering two hours - without a weekend pass
The gala show is from 8.30pm - 10/10.30pm, the venue is still a secret. This will include many Irish and European Circus artists
Generator Hostel, Smithfield will be the venue for the Renegade circus show from 11pm - 1am
Sunday 24th March
Larkin Hall will be open from 9am until the festival ends at 5pm
Workshops will take place from 12am
Intervarsity’s hosted by DIT will begin at 11am for the colleges who entered.
The Circus Games will be at 2pm
The “Toss up” will take place at 4pm, sore heads are to be expected afterwards
5pm, the festival will be officially over
