Hi everyone! i'm not really sure what to post here, i'm completely new to poi and somebody reccommended HOP to me. I'm really impressed with the site, especially the free lessons. i'm looking for a partner to spin with and teach me in my area.....here's a little bit about me;

but...but..but..the "V" and "R" keys are miles apart!
Poi is addictive, but unfortunatly, as no studies has been made on the psychological or mental effects it has, there are no self help groups other than this one.
