Been "twirling" since: i got my good-ol sand bags from some hippys in airley beach! if that description fits you feel free to say hi! however my very first time was on school camp in NZ in grade 6. I then started "spinning" when I went to the UK and got teased for saying "twirling"

The next 2 weeks are going to be total hell on earth!!!! and i dont know how im going to cope!!!!
i have exams and listening exams and projects due, all within 2 days of each other!!! and i dont know how im going to be able to do it AND pass AND not go mad!!! because I know I still need to have "me" time, but how the hell do i have "me" time when i cant even breathe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i recommend that you breathe daughter! oxygen helps your brain...& stuff...
i think you should put aside half an hour...go find a nice calm cool spot & something soft to sit on (or the grass if that works!)...close your eyes...breathe deeply...think calm & positive thoughts...& meditate on them for a bit. if your housemates are around, tell them to leave you alone for a while, but ask them nicely to come let you know when it's been half an hour (just so you don't spend all afternoon sitting there in your own lil world!).
