Hey you're in Arizona, you always have heat -.- I'm in Michigan and we're dealing with high 90's recently and I don't think many if any of you guys go running everyday. We went from having weather in the 50's and 60's straight into having 80's and 90's, and I won't be surprised if it gets in the 100's. It was 8 in the morning when I go to the practice and it was already in the 90's
I almost passed out today from the heat so go sweat your little trickles. Oh I have one to add: ... when you pass out from the heat wearing just running shorts and shoes.
But man was the ice water after heavenly
