Little off the normal beat, but congratulations and happy birthday, haven't been keeping up as being homeless oft means not having access to a computer, but I do for a few hours so I can say stuff like congrats on becoming an aunt and for surviving another revolution around the giant ball of gas

Don't let your world end with you

p.s. No, just in case you're going to ask, I did not misspell Warrior, its supposed to be like that.

My girlfriend does not do any of these sorts of things, but puts up with them, so it is all good.

"How do you know I'm mad?" said Alice.

I told you I was short. Tall enough for dragon slaying though! You need to send me that picture.

Hey Gita, sorry the Gold Coast was not to be this trip - purely work - one day for meetings in Sydney & Canberra and I added a day in Melburb on the pretense of 3 other meetings but really it was just to do the dragon slaying. Brisbane will be another time and maybe even Perth for Gnor just as soon as I get an excuse!

Actually, we've got a big project to prepare a bid for which might mean I get a chance to go and scout out different places around the Oz so I might be back quite soon.

Thanks for getting up early and traipsing around town with me Rougie - twas fun. But I still think your Melburp burgers are expensive $19 for a burger and chips is definitely not cheap!!

PS I had an idea on the way home - you should get hold of Steve Gurney (NZ multisport guru and inventor of crazy bike etc gear) and interview him for your show.

Yeah, that's the standard for a pub in the CBD. They're about $5 cheaper each time you move out a boundary lol! (Sadly, that doesn't mean that in Geelong you're paid $10 to eat one!)

You said you were short, but there's a bloke saying that he's short and then there's being the same height as me tongue2

Thankyou for the excuse to head up to Melbourne - was a lovely day grin

My Spanish origin friend at work will be suitably impressed!

How has your week been Miss Dragon? Had any interesting encounters this week? I'm going to be performing my civic duty next week
*practices* "Guilty - hang 'em your honour"
they've been chasing me every 2 years all my life to do it so it better be worth while!

Had another idea the other day for you - saw in the paper that several of the local High School girls were going over to Canberra for some cycle race - maybe you could find some material for your show there?

My week has been VERY hectic! To the point where I'm dropping one of my volunteer jobs - I just can't keep it up! And I'm doing enough for my folio as it is, so I can do without it.

And thanks for the heads up - I'll check it out!
