We also have a little forum for the Huddersfield climbing crew which sees a lot of use.

fwiw I've not heard of any of the sites on your list below twitter: it seems poi attracts people with a wide and divergent range of other interest, which IMO is a Very Good Thing, yes.

the typo was in Mayspace
is a "forum" necessarily a "social network"? not sure... I occasionally post on creativecow.com to find geeks answering to my probs or tutorials on Sony Vegas... not really socializing any more than that online...

HoP, and numerous others (perhaps 5) that i infrequent when i remember them. i wouldnt call facebad a forum, forum is not its interface.
