Hello, here is my introduction

Well hello all, I'm ReVo. I discovered poi a bit over a month or so ago through Nicks videos, and instantly got hooked smile

. I hope I'm welcome, and I also hope to be able to partake in this wonderful journey that is poi with all you enthusiasts out there.

Occupation(s): Student, last year in high school before I have to go to the military for a while.

Favorite Food(s): All the usual, boring stuff.. Pasta, fish, meat, fruit, vegetables and combinations of all of the above.

Toys: Assuming this means just spinning toys.. Right now I only have a pair of DIY sock poi out of two layers of different colored stockings, with rice balloons as weight, and tied single loop handles. I quite like them as far as DIY goes, but I plan on getting my hands on some glowpoi soon enough.

Hobbies other than the obvious: I'm the kind of person that gets really excited about a hobby for a while, grows less enthusiastic, and then finds a new one. I used to do magic, speedcubing (with Rubik's cube), snowboarding, skateboarding, diabolo etc.. Some things that have stuck with me even though other hobbies faded out are music and arts. So nowadays I play guitar, piano, sing, try to write some own music and do some painting or drawing in between. Although I do still like to snowboard every now and then. And now ofcourse I have poi, which is a lot to be excited about. I'm sure I'll eventually branch out into staffs or contact ball etc, but for now I'm enjoying myself with poi.

Education: Basic finnish curriculum, plus one year of American high school, I was an exchange student in Michigan.

Favorite Book(s): I read a lot less than I'd like to.. I've enjoyed such material as Hitchhiker's Guide, Tolkien stuff and things like that..

Favorite Movie(s): I probably enjoy animated movies the most, my most favourite being Lion King (probably not objectively the best, but the nostalgia factor is high). Other than those, I'm pretty much okay with anything except romantic dramas, which are a pet peeve for me.

Godzilla vs. a Star Wars Star Destroyer. Who wins? Why? Godzilla. Because it's a fire breathing lizard suit with a japanese guy inside it. A JAPANESE GUY IN A NUCLEAR LIZARD SUIT. You figure it out.

Favorite TV show(s): Sitcoms or things like Family Guy.

Plans for life in general: (i.e. what you want to do when you grow up) Damn I wish I knew. If I could have any job in the world, I'd be a performer of somekind. Be it music or visual performance or whatever, I'd love to get to travel and support myself with performing. But that's a long shot, so if that doesn't work out, I'll probably continue studying biology and do something in that scene.

Favorite Music Artists/Composers: Way too fricking many to list.

Favorie ice cream flavor(s): I'm an omnivore as far as ice cream goes.

Marmite, Vegemite, or Nutella? Out of those three I've only ever tried Nutella. So I will have to put it down as my answer.
