i just recieved my ogg poi and cole cord and handles and swivels today and the attacthment ring for the ogg is too small and i cant put my colecord . help please.

that sounds right, there's a video of how to assemble it on nick's site. If that still isn't working, try and pass a split right or quicklink through the oggpoi loop, you'll have all the room you need and some nifty leashes.

You don't onpen the swivel. You need to slide one end of the string through the swivel and the match the ends and then knot them so they are even, then tie them onto the oggz.
