OK, so I just found this site and I don't know how to do poi yet but I'm hoping to learn, so I guess I'll fill out that intro thing I found in this forum:

Greetings! Check out the tutorials page in here, make some poi out of knee high socks and whatever weights you'd like to use and begin!
I've hijacked a thread in the beginner poi moves forum... [Old link]
And I'll be happy to answer any questions you might have in there, provided you've done a bit of a hunt around the forums for material already, as theres a lot in there!!! But if you need a quick video made I can whip one up... depending on how much time I've got and that sort of thing.
