Welcome raver. The world of poi will give you a means to take your dancing to the next level, or at least a different level. Prepare to learn how to manipulate objects with such timing and skill that it will not only compliment your master and awareness of your own body, but also amaze not only yourself but anybody fortunate enough to spectate. To reach such a level will of course take time and dedication, but the results are more than worth it.

I hope so. I go to a few raves etc whenever one is nearby and affordable. Most of those are in Victoria or just over the boarder though...
