dance like nobody is watching
and hula hoop like wiggling will save the world.

I know, but does anyone have any advice about getting deposits back? In what circumstances does the landlord get to keep them? I know in our contract it said something about the deposit covering the cost of any damage to the property aside from 'reasonable wear and tear', but what's 'reasonable' wear and tear when you've been living somewhere for 2 1/2 years? We moved out a week ago and I haven't heard from the landlord about oru deposit yet, so just getting ready in case we have to fight for it, because we really didn't trash the place at all.
