Hi,
I'm pretty new to spinning, having only done it for 6 months, but I know the basics: forward and reverse weaves, corkscrew, butterfly and some of its variations, flowers...
I'm currently trying to tackle the airwrap and 5 beat weave, as well as trying to improve general smoothness. Eventually I wanna spin like the pros here and quit my day job (unlikely
).
Besides poi I play guitar and work on electronic music. Maybe someday I'll get big and quit my day job (unlikely).

A somnambulist is a person who is aware and acting upon hist his surroundings while in deep sleep. That is a sleepwalker. It has been observed that while people are in that state they are agile and smooth, knowing what to do and operating in full conjunction of the instincts.
A somnobulist is a person who's so somnolent that even though they're awake they're in a dream world seeming unable to perceive their waking reality.

It has been reported that somnobulists tend to trip over objects directly in their line of sight, eat strange things off the ground, and repeatedly hit themselves over the head with poi.
P.S. Hedro the Somnobulist is also the name of my up and coming album; to be released in early '07.
