Hey to all spinners. there have been some posts for Vienna, I just want to make on clear thread and hope that many many Austrian spinners will be attracted to here and post and meet.

I'm afraid that I can't be much help. I spend all my time working or training for shows. Never really get to spin for fun anymore
I think that there are other fire players in Vienna, but I've never met them.
I don't think there are any regular spinning meetings, and there probably won't be until its starts getting warmer again.

Okay, I have done some research.
There is a meeting every Wednesday from 5pm at the EKH on Wielandgasse (nearest U-Bahn: Keplergasse). The focus seems to be on poi and staff. Pretty small group, but they seem nice enough.
There is also a meeting every Sunday from 5pm at WUK. It may be a place for you to go and practice, but there were no other poi players there when I went (just jugglers and yoyo players), and Im not sure how welcoming the would be to a poi player (you know what Jugglers are like
)

so, all the posts about vienna are from a while ago...any new vienna spinners? or news about jams or get-togethers in vienna? i'm an american living here for a few months, pretty out of practice, but i'd like to meet people in the community to spin with...
also in the rest of eastern europe, when i'm traveling. croatia, romania, czech republic...
