My state of mind is not yours to define!

There is a very fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness."

what stopped me from raving was the Army...they didn't really like it too much, but hopefully one day I will go to one again....and show of my new skills

yeah.................the army dose kind of suck when it comes to partys, they'd rather you end up in the town centers getting stupidly drunk, getting into fights then getting arrested rather than end up in a field with a huge soud system with 1000+ like minded people to have a great time wink

actually k no I am not....I just started poi about a month ago, and I am still learning stuff. But maybe in the future.....and ravehead....good point...they would rather see you get drunk in town and get arrested than even think about some of there soldiers in a place where drugs could be available....we are smater than that though....I went to the raves for the music.....they need to know the meaning of PLUR

you can still get drugs at most bars, it's knowing where to look. just because the dance scene has a bad rep.......even if you did go and only drank i bet your C.O. would have your name down for the next batch of urine and hair tests to see what you'd taken ubblol

it's like...............it takes forever to build up a good reputation in any field, but one bit of bad press then the massestry to make it out and the people that attend to be hell spawn, and the fact it's always the older generation or people that have NEVER even been and don't understand fully that carry the weight to blacken the name of any event outside the "norm"

I totally agree with you....its the people that don't know what a rave is that give it the bad name...they are there for the drugs, not the music, the entertainment, and the friendship
