I've been playing with the poi all day now and am really enjoying it (apart from hitting myself in the crotch!) but I can do the butteryfly and the weave (I think it's called) it's not perfectly tidy but I've stopped hitting myself

Hey Shill. Thanks for the post. I'm not too sure if I still have full use of that area at the moment. What I can tell you is... that I had a tear in my eye, felt physically sick and was on the floor for a good 10 minuets.
