hopefully you all noticed the description of the weekend did not mention doing anything other than sitting in a field.
any other activities are entirely up to you.

ambleside is the nearest town. hawkshead is the nearest village. both are the walking boot capitals of the world. you will find some bloody good boots at great prices

Good pair of walking boots >£50
they dont cahnge, but hawkshead make their own brand, and you always find cheaper walking stuff... umm.. where there are hills.
