Hello techno geeks, I need your help once more

I have some movies on my phone, one of which is incredbily embarrassing for a member of Georges work so she wants to email it everyone, problem is its on 3GP file format () which seems to play through a strange version of quicktime but I think that becuase I d/l the software from my phone in the first place.

So, what I'm asking is done anyone have/can anyone point me in the direction of some file conversion software that can convert it to .mpeg or .wmv or similar?
