It's very early for this, so the thread will probably chillout in a corner somewhere for a while. But there were some people who had a great time last year, so I figured I'd get the dates up . . .

The Big Green Gathering
will be held on 2 - 6 August 2006.

It's been bloody brilliant for years and years, so I expect nothing less than a bloody brilliant festy this year!

biggrin

Yeah I know! But it would be pretty awesome seeing them in another country!

Plus, I haven't got tickets or transport organised for BGG, let alone a tent to sleep in!

Cat Empire it is!

*wishes cat empire would come and play at big green instead of stupid carling music venues* - I would much rather see them at croissant neuf or small world.... nevermind. it was never a hard decision. the big green wins hands down.

Steph, go to the Big Green. It goes for lots of days and everyone says it is really good. My 15 year old went last year without a tent and it didn't seem to bother her any...(thanks Sunbeam!)

Okay, I'm gonna book my ticket for this at the end of the month when i get paid.

Is there anybody vaguely close to it that i could drive to your house the night before and then travel with you by bus/train whatever the next day?

Can't really afford to buy a car pass aswell, and plus it seems silly to take a car all the way there with just me in it!

Ta in advance! biggrin hug
