Well, ok then I'm not new to HOP but in fact i discovered that I had registered 8 months earlier than my previous incarnation and had forgotten about it!!! All I had to do was figure out my old password and bingo! Look it's taken my membership number down to the 10,000 mark, cool huh?

It's been a while since my original intro thread so for anyone who is interested: I'm in my early twenties and live in Edinburgh, Scotland. I work for a performance company, in a bookshop and sort of run a little business. I think I am an open, relaxed and slightly grumpy person who is carefully, over the years, picking up more and more quirks until at some point I will finally become an interesting person. That or I will be committed. My favourite colour is red or yellow and blue together smile

Oh yeah and my favourite HOP hobbies is trying to create the most pointless HOP thread that still has a point...

working in a museum shop, spinning, editing videos, spinning, sleeping, thinking about spinning, getting my first filling ever frown oh and did I mention spinning? wink

actually I've been trying to get all the skills I need to support myself abroad, such as driving TEFL qualifications in the hope that I can get my censored together to do lots of travelling next year. Also I've been trying to find some people to make up a fire troupe in Cambridge as I'm hopefully getting Public Liability Insurance for Christmas, but it's hard to find people that are covered for performance

I hear you've been making lots of toys (like Santa but with a funkier hairstyle)? how's life treating you?

ubblol

Actually my dad has done some work with an insurance firm so he's going to see if he can get me a bargain through them, thanks for the tip though!

Finished editing the Fal4 vid and got it online, not up to meg's high standards (read 'none of her doing double staff in there') though! wink

sick of toys? never! I bet you just end up making wierder and wierder ones....

Speaking of which, I've been thinking recently about the spinning potential of double walking sticks (the ones with the curved handle at the end): like tiger hook swords but safer, more comical and you could use them to help you do some crazy acrobatic stuff

The Falmouth meets are always a good laugh, they just keep on getting bigger and bigger.... Although I have a useful pitstop as the missus lives in Truro
