hey i am not the proud owner of a hole in my head
last night after playing with my poi i got my staff out.... having lodsa fun then whilst spinning beking my back decided to throw it over my shoulder and catch at the front..... after putting too mutch spin on the thorw, i ducked and it hit my eyebrow... 5 mins later i wiped my brow to find quite a scary amount of blood on my have ... and my first true injury was born.... ------------------moo? ... is that it?
