So do I, have you gotten the butterfly worked out yet? Im having trouble with the alternate butterfly Im not sure if im even putting my poi far enough behind my back, when I try to do it it just feels like im movieng my wrist slightly lol, dosent seem right.

Anyway musnt get off topic, what poi do you use? How often do you practise?

Hey there!

Welcome to HoP, Im sure youll find it as useful as I have smile

And on the alternate butterfly point, just sort of flop your hands palm up over your shoulders, then it should move far enough. Anyway enjoy it.

well i'm not sure what poi i use but they're like cobra poi but slightly harder. i practice whenever i can at the moment but its been raining today so i haven't at all cause the tails curl up when they're damp. i'm not sure if i can do the butterfly cause whenevr i try it seems to easy to do and my hands are never close enough together so i think im doing it wrong. i've been trying to do the mexican wave but if i cant do the butterfly then i suppose i cant do that... ah well i'll get it one day.
