I just had a letter from my bank demanding £2000 before 27 of march or legal preceedings frown

oh well I sent them one back demanding my bank charges reclaimed (about the same amount) or legal action in 14 days ubblol
if anybody wants to know what to send their bank I have a PDF document where you just need to change names and print it out, it has all the legal jargon including precedent, HSBC even tried to claim on the phone today that it was for credit carxds only.

sent to your hotmail my dear wink just change the names etc, you will need to ask for bank statements (I've already done that bit) but you can save time if you ask them to make an offer I have a rough Idea of how much to expect and have said every charge I find I expect to recieve back so make me an offer, I expect them to cancel my loan agreement (£2000) with no additional payment from ME. I hope it works lol

I can only imagine what my bank will tell me if I tried that. South African banks are very similar to loan sharks.

Jip, they charge you per R100 that you draw. They even charge you to deposit cheques into your bank account.

I don't want to be ripped off like this anymore.

Anybody have some C4 lying around?

true... I hope to have a car in the next couple of weeks but it all revolves around how long it takes to make HSBC pay up (I am legally entitled to take them to court now)
and when I can actually LOOK for a car to buy

ok,heres aquestion for you. If someone asked you to come and spin for a private party. Nothing fancy, you are not the show, there is already a show, you are mostly there to add to the atmosphere. Just some simple fire spinning for not about an hour or two. How much would you charge for something liek that? I've been asked to do it and it could be a regular thing...but I dont have a clue how much to charge?

post 1500 bounce

for a full show even only half an hour we try and charge £100-£250 per person.

if regular and free spinning for atmosphere I'd ask for costs plus

it depends on the event, the more money it is likely to be making the more we'd ask, but I'd ask minimum £75 per person
