i'm dan, and just got interested in poi. i also do capoeria, and like to chat with anyone that does either capoeria or acrobatic marital arts and how the two can be incorperated. i'd also like to know what a 'buzzsaw' is, lol, thanks a lot, awesome forum.

I've seen some caporia but only on the tellybox, I think it looks really good - for physical and mental fitness. (That's one reason I spin, I get lost in the dancing - I say dancing, and I use the term loosely, I say loosely but I mean busting out with a set of five tricks all the time
Where are you based? There are regular meets that I know of in London, but I'm never allowed out of my cage to attend them. Plus no one likes me and will only feed me bread and water if I dance for them

hey. im another one of the crazy ones here. there's plenty of us.
a buzzsaw is where you spin with your arms straight in front of you, with the poi in between them. thats about the best i can do with text.

In my endeavour to welcome you to HoP, I sought to find out what a buzzsaw is. I yahoo'd the biggest buzzsaw I could find.. And I came up with these results.
I therefore come to the conclusion a buzzsaw is a lamb, or an insect. Don't know what MiG's going on about
