At the top of this page there is tab called free lessons. Start there for a few basic lessons. If you go to the 'meet others' forum you may find there is already a philippines thread there with people dying to meet up and have fun together spinning. If you can't find one after a search start up your own and encourage people to join in.

[edit] OK I did a bit of a search for you and couldn't find a Philippines thread in the meet others forum but I did find [Old link] thread that implies there are other spinners out there in the Philippines. I hope thats of some help.

Another warm welcome VivianneV.. Sorry can't say I know many people your round your side, but I've heard they do exist (twirlers, I mean, but people too ). Hope the free HoP lessons come in handy in the meantime!
