Hi, I'm brand spanking new to HOP, never even new it existed until I stumbled upon it recently. Only just starting to get my sea legs as far as the technology thing goes. Just typed poi into a search engine and BAM, Here I am. And right glad I am too. Been spinning for years on and off, started in South Africa and the enthusiasm kinda waned once I got to the UK and refused to leave the warmth of indoors for months. Years later I am regaining my passion and learnig to accept that 26 degrees celcius is warm.
Think Hop is amazing, looking forward to learning and living and loving and growing.

I leave for Coventry on Monday..Triple EEP. Which means I have to make sure that not only am I packed, but that Lee can manage, and not forget anything...*sigh* my poor little lee

Ok, I now don't leave until tomorrow morning 7am (yeesh). I've sort of packed and stuff but Lee was out last night, so I havent had a chance to go through what to take with him. I just hope he's in tonight. There will be no kitchen sink...minimal is the key here!!!

Yep I'm in tonight until about 8:00 so we can go through it before you go. Then I'm going to see Hayden as I won't be seeing him until next Monday

MORNING!!!!!!!!!!!!
Back at work today...probably should have booked it off though. I am knackered out from Play...as I can imagine many others are thanks to my big mouth in the early hours of the mornings.... sorry
Especially to Cantus who was camped right next to us and not feeling particularly well...I had a really good time all weekend and cant wait til next year. Met loads of new amazing people and got to spend some time with some old friends too.
The trip home was a bit of a mission. We had to keep Mynci entertained in the car on the way back to Southampton as he was tired too (sorry
)and the trainride from Soton to Brighton was very uncomfortable, but we made it. Not much sleep last night either as the boy came over and expected some TLC as I had missed his birthday to go to Play...but instead I just made him cook for me, and pamper me a bit...just the ticket.A big thanks to Mynci and Marie who made going to Play possible at all. You guys rock....and Bubbles, who seemed to be the partner-in-crime extrodinair this weekend. For Simon, Pigeon and Tom for handling our antics really well and just generally being lovelly, and Aimee for never failing to amaze. To kyle for being Kyle and Dave for being Dave and for _Chris_ for giving me the best hug of the weekend, and for Ree just because. To Len for looking after our stuff while we just walked away from it for the record attempt, and to all the pretty boys who gave me something to look at. There are more of you, but I'm to tired to carry on listing...and in all fairness, a lot of stuff is a bit hazy.
Cant wait to see you guys again and I really hope to see you again soon. Miss a lot of you already.

i hate work..oh and cars... I can't drive my car for a month coz the guy i bought it off didn't send the paperwork off so still registered to him. and tax runs out this month and I can't get tax without registration document so I need to apply for that THEN get tax.
and I can't drive without tax so...screwed. I can't even park on the road....

I re-applied for my tax without the car being fully registered in my name yet or even having the form youre supposed to have. If you have that little green piece of paper that formed part of the form he sent of to change it to your name then thats all you need.
