Practise set of Fire Poi (i prefer to practise with fire poi similiar to the ones that i use to light)
This is on non working days. On work days i have to leave the fun stuff at home and stick to the first list

umm...keys...there's nothing like that rush of panic you get just as the door closes behind you when you're not sure if you have your keys...
and practice poi...lucky they fit nicely in most of my handbags!
and...sunglasses...i get migraines..and hang out with too many goths...i have come to dislike the sun's brightness!!
and...what else? umm...jewellery! i have to be wearing jewellery! minimum of one ring (my right middle finger...triscillian (sp?) ring) & usually my bead necklace that i made...
yeah that's about it i think!!

its too much i know but i have a big bag that i take just about everywhere so it doesn't require much in the way of brain power.
if i do remember other stuff, i also take my:

change of socks
however, holding and looking at my keys as i close the front door is the only reliable method i've found to keep myself from accidently securing my home against both intruders and me...

I always go out with ME .I once left myself on the table phew that was a strange couple of hours.
Don’t you just hate that feeling when you realise you have left something behind and their is nothing you can do about it.
I left my favourite poi hat at the bus stop
this morning only realising 20 min into the journey. had that horrible sickly feeling in my stomach all the way to work

I hardly ever take keys as someone is always in, adn although I carry the rucksack, it rarely has anything in...I think its like my 'security blanket' substitute
Perhaps I should carry my balls in it, therefore always having them there should I want to play with them. Indeed.

I usually try and make sure I have a bit of change in a pocket.

I've had a set of Poi in my bag since October. Should the need ever arise.
I'm working on figuring out how to carry around a collapsable staff a bit easier.... Staff/Devilsticks
I value the Train Pass more than the Keys. If I get locked out, its a matter of scaleing the house, but the half hour walk to the station, then the gloomy, scowling trudge back, followed by the "OhcrapI'mgonnabesolateforcollege" sprint, littered with ciggie breaks, is...a bit more effortfull. But yeah, wallet, CD-Player, Phone, the usual.

my big 3 are wallet, keys, phone. i hate having a heap of things i feel i need to bring with me. A few years ago i used to carry around so much, even a toothbrush (you know, just in case i don't come home for a while)!

Um...
Let's see... Wallet, Phone and Keys are the holy trinity of the modern man... but then that leaves one pocket empty, which is uneven and uncomfortable. So iPod goes in there. all pockets have one item in, everything is good, everything is nice and even.
the whole feeling like you forgot something thing... ugh. Don't talk to me about that!
I would list toys, but this post would turn into an essay, so I'll just add a Heavy Stage Ball, usually carried on my head.
