European juggling convention

This is for dom (who really wanted to go, but had to work:(
The European juggling convention was really rubbish and dull and nobody smiled, and you were so lucky that you missed it.
It was so dull that you don't need to read the rest of this thread.

Now for everyone else.
(if your a bit confused in a lot of europe and especially london, the poi, staff and young juggling scenes and all the same thing)
WOW
phwaaoor
Wooopie
still smiling 2 days and a visit to casualty later.
groovy, cool, great, smashing, world class, renowned, A1, tip top, fantastic, fab, funky, smart, wicked ripper, astonishing, and other good words.

a whole week with a bounce-o-saurous Rex called orange and the hug-tastic cassandra (who incidently has a great body, she might be petit but check out those stomach muscles, excercised daily by 100 super hugs but she tends to cover it up when shes on line)
and NYC (dude) and judith (**hugs**) and loads more who can come and post themselves here.
and im going to spell it wrong, but I also met to dude who introduces Cass to poi (no way, yes way), a smile called e-tai (err spelling)
and big hugs to cool spinner Tilasmi
and bassman nat, who's a great juggler.

Realises that HOP has no smily for a hug, hmm. must get onto malcolm for that

And extra especially big hugs to everyone

some highlights for me:
waking up in a hot tent and going to swim in the river/lake every morning was fabtastic.
and so was a certain acrobat/contact juggler/dance/performer lady but nuff of that here.
and the amazing mud sliding.

Must go off to remember some more of it, will come back and post more soon.

Grrrrrrr, I am not Dom so I read below the line I am so jealous...

It was a day for screaming at inanimate objects.

What this calls for is a special mix of psychology and extreme violence...

Yes, Dom, it really was horrible. No bounciness whatsoever. All the performers were shit and the weather was horrific. By the way, I'm a horrible liar.

I had a great time. Perfect way to end my time in Europe. Was so happy to have met Orange - thanks for putting me up in your tent, sweetie.

As always, it was lovely to see Cassandra, NYC, Glass, and Knoxious Dave. Excellent performance by Dave and Demetri (sorry if I didn't spell that right).

Glass, if I'm there next year, I WILL hold you to doing illegal poi moves with me wearing nothing but juggling toys to the tune of "You Sexy Thing" by Hot Chocolate at the Renegade show.

Did we all just injure our feet in some way or another? It's like some weird hidden cost to attending the EJC.

Orange, you snuggle divinely. How's your toe?

Cassandra and NYC, sorry I missed you guys at the train station. Time just flew by and next thing I knew, it was about 1:30. Didn't get to the station until 2.

Glass, I already started practicing, but I think I need you to make me some kind of instructional video. Hope your foot feels better.

Big hugs to you all.

Four Four One?

I'm sadly back in Gotham City once again... but if I ever have to be trapped in a putrid flooded mud bog again, I'd want it to be with you guys.

Thanks for letting me steal all the tricks I was compitent enough to steal... but mostly thanks for all the fun.

I must say it's much more fun to read this post visualizing everyones smile and with a firm memory of everone's accent. Except for mine because I don't have one.

Well, shall we go?
Yes, let's go.
