Theory: Playing slow, I mean very slow, like 20 Seconds for a rotation and slower.

This is the way Thai Chi is mostly taught and it seems to workout. Always concentrate on the "parallelity" of the staffs, your posture and most important your balance . . . Once one is confident with the slow spinning speeding up seems to be much more easy.

Would be interesting how slow some contact Spinners could get . . . any experiences?

An idea of mine is to record slow spinning and then playing the tape with time lapse. The Background is moving fast (e.g. Busy streets, Fast moving clouds etc...) and the spinner seems to move normal - 4D Dancing
