But I think ive come prepared for I never drink water I always keep a fresh supply of battery acid on hand, I only ever eat midget monkeys in porn custard, even when I go to work i'm not fully there and I haven't had a heart condition since I swapped mine for cheap imitation rollex last time I was in the Phillipines.
Oh yes please may have some chocolate & chai with my battery acid and midget monkeys ( it gets a bit bland eating the same thing all the time).

Not quite.Internal arts like Bagwa, Tsingh, Tai-chi & Wudan are martial arts that, when performing the katas or forms youre putting your body into postures which open up the bodies energy/accupressure merdiens. Among other things.

Quite the opposite my young jedi friend. I would have thought you would have learnt all about internal arts and controling the force as a young padewan.
Never mind join me on the dark side and I will show you how to truly use the force.
Nah seriously Intenal arts-e.g.Tai-chi, Bagwa, Tsingh and Wudan are Chinese fighting systems that incorporate the use of pressure point strikes. Also when training & performing the katas or forms one places their bodies in postures which open up your accupressure/energy meridiens to strengthen the bodies energy/chi reserves and squeeze toxins from the body's organs.--There are other internal arts that are not martial arts like Qigong(Chikung) and ofcourse Yoga. I suppose any form of meditation would also be an internal art.

Weeellllllllllllll...I've been wanting to go to edinborough gardens or alexandra gardens for a while now, but I always get nervy (you know, what if everyone there are really good friends and i'm a big intruder, and everyone's really good at poi, and i'm crap, other miscelaneous insecurities).
BUT, maybe if we go together, i might be ok.

Myco why would you be an intruder? I've found that poi and staff spinners are a really friendly bunch. Get your ass down there and join in!

Well Fiendish, I've been spinning for a while but only fire spinning for a year and a half. I can't say that I have a favorite toy because each one of them is special. I do poi, staff and fire fans. Wouldn't give any of them up. But someone showed up with a jump rope at the last fire jam and it was an absolute blast!!!!
