Hey there everyone,
Well, now that I'm close to post number 300 I thought I'd do an intro thread... it seems like I'll be hanging around for a while now

I'm 28, live outside Belfast in Northern Ireland, run the fire performance group FirePoise (www.firepoise.com), like to travel and good music.

Hmmm. Well, hello everyone.
Sorry I haven't posted in here in a while... it's been an interesting month.
As most of you who know me already know, I left Belfast at the beginning of April to see what would happen in Berlin with Vance. We had a great time and had lots of fun and frolics, but at the end of the two weeks, he decided it wasn't enough... and so now I am back home in Belfast. I've been home for two weeks.
While he seems to have gotten over it just fine already (lucky him!), I'm still totally gutted, so any hugs that my English and Irish buddies have going spare are very welcome...
So here I am again, back living with my parents, but no job this time (tis ok, I didn't want to work nightshift anymore anyways), not much money and no fcking clue about what to do with myself. Answers on a postcard, please
In other news... I went to see a comedian last night who based his act on Bill Hicks... he kindof 'took over the role' of Bill Hicks returning from heaven.
All Hicks fans will probably be rolling their eyes... but it was actually pretty good... he tried something horrifically difficult and did a good job.
There was a good amount of Goatboy/dick jokes and plenty of outrageous humour... he even brought in the irony of more people enjoying Hicks now he is dead (and his own role as a 'tribute to dead comedians') - but yet the world is becoming increasingly fcked up. Is nobody listening?!!!
