Not exactly new to the site, but never bothered to introduce myself - until I saw all the fun that was being had by others. And the truth is, this thread is all about me! Suits my ego down to the ground.
SO, I am neither Gerald, nor Arthur, I'm also not an old hag.
I shall quell my tendancies to outright lying (partly because I know I'd be immediately uncovered... though that sounds appealing :dirtylaugh:) and talk about the "real me". Nice.
Full name - Laura Michelle Egginton. I really like jam. especially seeded raspberry jam.
My favourite toy - I have favoured the joys of poi for a good few years now, started spinning in 2001 ish. I've had a great time spinning with everyone I know and met over the years and continue to constantly be inspired
thanks all 
I study languages - German, easy fluency
- Portuguese - can converse
- Spanish, I can get misunderstood, but generally survive only mortally offending the odd person.
- French, gets me into all kinds of [Old link]...
currently (Sep2004) working on... contact poi, RHD inspired throws and moves, bloody whip catches
, various tangles, improing the design of my fire poi. Also improoveing my spelling.
I also play with sticks (badly) and juggle (also pretty badly, but its all about the passing
)
so thats me in a nutella shell - oh how we do laugh, "what wit!" they cried in unison.

in fact it's still a bit sketchy as to how i'm gonna make it down next weekend cos it's our freshers week + i've got a surf club to run. do i need a ticket for the convention + can i camp or crash somewhere?

no, (day)tickets are available there, we don't have our yet either. loads of camp space so bring a tent if possible. Otherwise, i'm sure someone will have spare space !??

OK, voll super! I'm now in Graz.
Just wanted to say a HUGE THANKYOU to all the HoPpers (and non hoppers too) who made this summer the best I can remember! I have been inspired, tickled and covered in nutella by so many people ... ok maybe the nutella bit was just me, but it was all of you in my mind hahaha!
I'll see you all again before long with my newly aquired super gut skills from Graz, in the mean time, if anyone wants a place to crash in Graz I have quite a bit of space on my floor. Space description in Tim's terms: there is space for a 3 person club passing pattern - maybe 4 at a push!
Lots of jam and nutella covered love!
