Heyla, all HoPpers! Man, I can't remember the last time I was back here... I've (doubtlessly) been forgotten or unintroduced by/to all the new members, so I'll do the drill again -- that is, the drill that I remember doing the first time I introduced myself!

Home: Wijchen, the Netherlands (exchange student'd!)

Toy of preference: Still poi, of course!

Been spinning: About two years now, on and off...

Favorites: Spinning, reading (Anne McCaffery, David Brin, John Irving, Mark Twain, 'Memoirs of an Invisible Man', 'Contact'), music-ing (clarinet, piano, mandolin, celtic harp, tin whistle, singing), climbing.

Other: I'm a superduper exchange student through the Rotary Youth Exchange program, and am residing in the Netherlands for a year... I've been here a month already, my Dutch is (very gradually) improving, and I know how to take a train -all by myself-. Impressive credentials, eh?



Anyway, welcome to my humble abode! I hope you stay long enough to add a comment or two, eat a cupcake (they've got icing!) and help out with the bare walls by bringing some colour into my thread. (Whoa, I can't believe I wrote that. I'm -so- tacky.)
