I was always scared with my mother's obsession with the good scissors. It made me wonder if there were evil scissors lurking in the house somewhere.

Most holidays were either created by greeting card companies or have become commercialized way out of proportions to the original idea behind the celebration.
I just always liked Valentine's Day best.
