great to hear that the Oz relay has finally resurfaced - yay...
I know that there were some very keen HOPpers asking its whereabouts in the relay section of the board - maybe check it out & see...
are you guys back up in Cairns or still travelling round Oz?

I don't really understand all of the details tho. How long do you keep them? Are they twirlable, or some sort of mythical HOP icon that we are just letting everyone see? Do i have to do anything with them?
Anyway... let me know if you want them to continue down south, although i remember reading that they tend to stay on the east coast... so maybe west would be best (that must be in an ad for something?!

the relay gear was in sydney over 2 years ago! Lots of the old crew had a play with it and signed the book, but if it's doing the east coast again I'm sure there's lots of new people that haven't had a go.
perhaps we could do something inline with HOP day celebrations in October.

If they're still hanging around in Melbourne in a few weeks time, I wouldn't mind getting my grubby mitts on them
. Could also take them over to Perth, as I'm heading that way after Melbourne, though I will be flying, so there's always a bit of risk with that. Lost a whole lot of wicking not long ago
