Hi everyone
i am a complete n00b here, having just logged in for the first time
i started swinging poi about 6 months ago, but i have been juggling for around 5 years. Mostly clubs and torches, and a lot of ball work. i ran into someone swinging poi in the park, and he was more than happy to show me a few things.. after that i was hooked.
a few things about me...
im 21 year old male, and live in Ottawa On, Canada. I am a carpenters apprentice now, but i plan to return to school shortly. I am totally addicted to anything that resembles juggling/manipulation. I enjoy hockey(im from canada remember?) mountain biking, and most sports. I am big into body art, and piercings.. 4 piercings, 1 tat.

I was always scared with my mother's obsession with the good scissors. It made me wonder if there were evil scissors lurking in the house somewhere.

yes i spin in very small clothing when the weather is warm. less to catch on fire that way. and cooler. i'm from vegas, so combine the summer heat with the heat from poi, and you catch my drift.

lol, i dont think i can even point out 20 things to pierce. I recently got an industrial done.. it is still very sore, cant sleep on it at all. btw pounce, around here most shops wont let you pierce your tongue like that.. just cause of the way it swells i think.

I have a strange habit of doing that to everythread I come in contact with ^.^'
and I have my ideas as to what a hood is but I know anatomical names alot better than I know slang ^.^' If worst comes to worst I have 15 some odd full body medical encyclopedias that my mom used to use when she was in university (she is a nurse).

that's ok, most of my piercings are in my ears. and i didn't get all my tongue done at once. got the middle ones each separately, and then the viper bites (2 on the sides) at the same time.
and the hood is the proper name for it.

Then his tongue pierce is done under the tongue...another barebell...
And I can't imagine for the life of me why someone would get their 'hood' pierced...Honestly, like really...*takes this to pounce's thread*
