Hi everyone,I was just wondering....... I've noticed recently that lots of people have a certain sentance/catchphrase that they use regularly, for example I have a friend who, when ever he says Goodbye to people he also says 'And don't burn the sausages!' .....has anyone go any cool things that they say, or know people who say things like this, or perhaps something a bit more prefound!?Just curious smile

Not really a catchphrase as such - I make an odd clicking sound and raise an eyebrow suggestively whenever I feel there's a smutty interpretation of something someone's said, but can't actually be bothered to phrase a response.I do this an awful lot though.J

If you're not confused, you're not thinking about things hard enough.

That's good. Belief is important. I once had a guy deny my existance to my face. Shook me up slightly. Started to doubt my actuality. Turns out he was wrong though. I am real.Imagine my relief....

When people tell me that"there's no "i" in team."I usually respond with"but you can't spell it without "me".this one usually comes up during P.E. when I never pass the ball but only ever make a half assed attempt at scoring.

I use to work for a company called "Reef". Our catchphrase around work was "You can't say 'Grief' without 'Reef'"

When i was talking to Ros earlier today she asked me if I'd been upholstered recently - long story - and I'm thinking about turning that into a catchphrase. Can't imagine it ever coming up in conversation but I shall persevere. It took me 4 years before i could use my panda joke. I can be very patient with these things.

I coined this phrase over the summer when I was indulging very regularly in *ahem* WAY too many substances. It stems from my overwhelming propensity to be an absolute cracked-out RETARD when I am on my way back down to Earth. I turn into a silly bastard, and some of the weirdest, sillyest, and most profound sh!t comes out of my mouth. After-partying with me is an event."100% Liquid Idiot on Tap! Bloop!"I just got reminded of it by a reply I posted that seemed a little too smart for me for this time of day. I know it's buried in there, but it only comes out at random times. Damn my head! If someone says that I'm being dumb (but this works for EVERYTHING) I say, "if by 'dumb' you mean 'great', then yeah, I guess I am 'dumb'""one again" is another catch phrase I use, I just throw it in wheneverI say this durring akward silences '......so.....how bout them mets?' or I say ' YES! Akward silence! 'and two last catch phrases, which come with a disclaimer! Use at your own risk! I rarely use these, and only with my verbally abusive close friends! When someone is talking and they just said something mean "Excuse me, were you talking?" *ouch* carefull of that one. Or the infamous "Leave your issues at home". Instead of being instulting they have just become really really funny... with those guys at least! peace out! -john [This message has been edited by tallicaburton (edited 23 March 2002).]
