I was checking out some of the lyrics to the Tea Party the other day and I found a song that I reckon describes me,
in fact there are two
the first was

Shadows on the Mountianside

we are spirits passing through the doors of time
with an invitation heard before we find
shadows on the mountainside
eagles find the souls they hide

and the outcast child enchanted by the sun
will he seek his shelter never knowing one
shadows on the mountainside
eagles find the souls they hide

shadows on the mountainside
cover me with sleep
because I need it now

and the red rivers flow to seas
and she will return to me
and then all that i am is in her hands
and i will return to her and then
I begin

and the second was

HAPPY PHANTOM by tori amos
And if I die today I'll be the HAPPY Phantom
And I'll go chasin' the nuns out in the yard
And I'll run naked through the streets without my mask on
And I will never need umbrellas in the rain
I'll wake up in strawberry fields every day
And the atrocities of school I can forgive
The HAPPY phantom has no right to bitch

Oo who the time is getting close
Oo who time to be a ghost
Oo who every day we're getting closer
The sun is getting dim
Will we pay for who we been

So if I die today I'll be the HAPPY phantom
And I'll go wearin' my NAUGHTIES like a jewel
They'll be my ticket to the universal opera
There's Judy Garland taking Buddha by the hand
And then these seven little men get up to dance
they say Confucius does his crossword with a pen
I'm still the angel to a girl who hates to SIN

Oo who the time is getting close
Oo who time to be a ghost
Oo who every day we're getting closer
The sun is getting dim
Will I pay for who I been

Or will I see you dear and wish I could come back
You found a girl that you could TRULY love again
Will you still call for me when she falls asleep
Or do we soon forget the things we cannot see

Oo who the time is getting close
Oo who time to be a ghost
Oo who every day we're getting closer
The sun is getting dim
Will I pay for who I been

*Looks all shy and blushes*

Don't know if I'm brave enough too.....basically it's about a guy whos a bit shy till he builds up his confidence and shows the world the real man underneath who has a gentle nice side too, but it's written in the context of a laydee who scares him with her dominance and treats him like crap but then he takes his revenge and bones her brains out and makes her realise what she's gonna miss out on after he dumps her. I don't know if everyone would get it but it makes perfect sense to me!

this song describes me i think, or i dunno it probably dosnt, but i do think its good...

its by porcupine tree

Sleep Of No Dreaming
Written by Steven Wilson

At the age of sixteen
I grew out of hope
I regarded the cosmos
Through a circle of rope
So I threw out my plans
Ran on to the wheel
And emptied my head
Of all childish ideals
The sleep of no feeling
I married the first girl
Who wasn't a man
And smiled as the spiders
Ran all over my hands
Made a good living
By dying it's true
As the world in my TV
Leaked onto my shoes

Me train running low on soul coal
They push+pull tactics are driving me loco
They shouldn't do that no no no

Or perhaps Add It Up by the Violent Femmes

Spinner of poi
Slacker of enormous magnitude

I think mine would be "It's my time to fly"
It's off the Titan A E soundtrack and the only reason I spend £15 on the CD was for that one song!!

Monkeys monkeys and bananas

right now, this comes to mind:

These wounds won't seem to heal,
this pain is just too real,
there's just too much that time cannot erase.
When you cried I'd wipe away all of your tears,
When you'd scream I'd fight away all of your fears.
I held your hand through all of these years.
But you still have...
All of me.

i would have changed ***** to phallus, and claire to petey Petey

Rougie: but that's what I'm doing here
Arnwyn: what letting me adjust myself in your room?..don't you dare quote that on HoP...

definetly would have to be "diluted" by slipknot or "bullet" by superheist, coz they both show what people put me through and tells the tale of how your all going to get exactly what you deserve by my hand

happy thoughts, really.

On days like these it has to be:

You Sound Like Louis Burdett

Had a little bit to drink
There's a little thing I want at a do out East
Nothing too emotional, my good miss
I couldn't be serious in a room full of jack-knife eyes
Stop talking 'bout the years - you sound like Louis Burdett

And we roll on to my backshed, play some poker, scratch my head
Look at the sky and spot the planes, where would I go on holidays?
Roll with the punches, down the aisles, and down the street the weeks roll by

I'm chewing ice and grinning, I'm spewing up and spinning
It's billiousness as usual in my corner of the kitchen
Hey you, lose that friend before we go anywhere
What? Someone might see you alone?
Stop bagging out the band, you sound like Louis Burdett

All my friends are [censored]-ups but they're fun to have around Banana chairs out on the concrete, telling stories to the stars
how Gemini's love Wooden Dragons, and how down the street the weeks roll by

The moment the night wears off, the bombsite reappears
They're all asleep but the morning tastes like wine
It tastes like wine in Tempe

It was a day for screaming at inanimate objects.

What this calls for is a special mix of psychology and extreme violence...

And the quieter me:

Nightswimming - REM

Nightswimming deserves a quiet night.
The photograph on the dashboard, taken years ago,
Turned around backwards so the windshield shows.
Every streetlight reveals the picture in reverse.
Still, it’s so much clearer.
I forgot my shirt at the water’s edge.
The moon is low tonight.

Nightswimming deserves a quiet night.
I’m not sure all these people understand.
It’s not like years ago,
The fear of getting caught,
Of recklessness and water.
They cannot see me naked.
These things, they go away,
Replaced by everyday.

Nightswimming, remembering that night.
September’s coming soon.
I’m pining for the moon.
And what if there were two
Side by side in orbit
Around the fairest sun?
That bright, tight forever drum
Could not describe nightswimming.

You, I thought I knew you.
You I cannot judge.
You, I thought you knew me,
This one laughing quietly underneath my breath.
Nightswimming.

The photograph reflects,
Every streetlight a reminder.
Nightswimming deserves a quiet night, deserves a quiet night.
