Ultimate is great I remember playing it alot during the track season after workouts. Roughly, its kind of like football. Well thats at least how the field is set up. You have two teams who's goal is to get into the inzone. You start out with each team on opposite ends, one team hurls the frizbee at the other team. Sobody catches it, than they start passing it to their other teamates and try to move down the feild this way. The person with the frizbee can't move, only pass, and the other team tries to stop him/her from making a pass and gaurds the people he/she is trying to pass to. It's a really fast pace game, people running everywhere and teams constantly loose possesion than gaining it right back again. really fun.
