Posted: I use a Zippo normally, pocket torch, hand candles or burning gloves (heavy duty work gloves with some lighter fluid or something like that, if I'm going for the coolness factor).
I'd like to have some of those globe candles or whatever, the ones that are in a spherical base so they lay level, or some short tiki torches stuck in earth/grass.
Posted: I use on of those thick candles...... if it's windy I put it in a jar.....

Posted: A candle. Usually just a plain old 'pillar' candle or sometimes a 'liquid candle' (a sealed container with citronella in it and a wick out the top)
Posted: I use a jet lighter. These can be found at smoker's shops, or most places that sell cigars. Just make sure you don't lose the thing...
I think www.boysstuff.co.uk have a good sort, free delivery in the UK!

Posted: Roman candles stuck in the ground seem to work well, tho I prefer flicking open a zippo for style, or a jet lighter for speed

Posted: get a little pot, fill up with scrunched tissue and add a few tablespoons of paraffin. It'll burn with a nice flame for a good 30 minutes, add more paraffin and a couple of hours.
